Product Review: Garden Pot Mover

If you are like me, you know the type, all by yourself out in the garden, basking in your Zen happy place. There are times when you need to move a large or heavy planter and nobody is around to help. This garden pot mover is probably one of my favorite tools in the garden. This was a Christmas gift from my hubby, and I love it!

This pot mover will move pots up to 175 lbs and up to 31″ tall. I tried the pot mover on an empty large heavy pot in the garden, and it worked rather nicely. The only downfall was rolling the pot across the pea gravel in certain spots in the garden. One wheel dragged, while the other rolled. I thought this issue may be the lack of grip of the smooth tires on the gravel, so my hubby replaced the smooth tires with tires that had a tread. Come to find out the real issue was with the thickness of the gravel in areas of the garden. Who knew? Live and learn, as they say. Since I have cool replacement tires on the pot mover, I will keep the original ones as backup.
